About the position

Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support office management tasks to enhance efficiency within the workplace.

Requirements

  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain a structured work environment.
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite applications.
