About the position

The Office Clerk at Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) plays a vital role in providing clerical support and maintaining records. This position involves tracking and compiling data, assisting sales personnel, and managing office supplies and communications. The ideal candidate will contribute to a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture while supporting the company's operations in the wine and spirits industry.

Responsibilities

  • Tracks and compiles records and reports.
  • Tabulates and posts data to AS400.
  • Provides information to sales personnel and researches customer accounts under supervision.
  • Purchases supplies and manages incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Relieves on the switchboard and assists customer service and other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry.
  • WSET certifications.
