Responsibilities

  • Enter and process sales orders efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Answer phones professionally and engage courteously with customers, suppliers, and warehouse staff.
  • Track product movement into and out of multiple warehouses.
  • Step into other office roles as needed for vacations, illnesses, or retirements.
  • Handle client-focused administrative tasks in a paper-driven environment.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and Excel for various tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic Excel navigation skills; advanced skills are a bonus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small-office environment.

Nice-to-haves
