The Office Coordinator - Intake Specialist at Silver Spring Healthcare Services is responsible for managing the preauthorization process for patients by contacting insurance companies. Responsibilities

  • Contact insurance companies to secure preauthorization for patients.
  • Ensure information obtained is complete and accurate.
  • Follow up on requests for preauthorization.
  • Request necessary paperwork from physicians, patients, and employees.
  • Maintain clear and constant communication with the team.
  • Track authorization and eligibility for services.
  • Manage supply and DME tracking.
  • Oversee order tracking and referral intake.
  • Coordinate care and track accounts payables.
  • Perform data entry and general office administrative work, including answering phones and managing office supplies.

Requirements
