Responsibilities

  • Manage general office tasks and administrative duties with precision.
  • Track and order office supplies, providing essential administrative support.
  • Represent the organization as the initial point of contact for visitors.
  • Assist Project Managers in project preparation and reporting.
  • Craft proposals and manage contracts and invoicing processes.
  • Implement creative organizational strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in business or accounting is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Advanced knowledge of contract terms and billing processes.
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including word processing and spreadsheets (Excel).
  • Knowledge of project structure in a client/consultant business environment.
  • Notary Public Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
