About the position

The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the office within a Fortune 500 Organic Material Manufacturing team. This position focuses on ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in various administrative tasks, including data entry, communication with vendors and customers, and managing paperwork for multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform data entry and manage paperwork for three copacker locations.
  • Communicate clearly with vendors and customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Process invoices and research their status, addressing vendor inquiries as needed.
  • Organize paperwork and prioritize work tasks effectively.
  • Provide administrative and customer service support as required.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in administration (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience with SAP (preferred).
  • Ability to commute to Groveland, FL 34736 (required).
