Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments with attention to detail.
  • Manage office supplies, coordinating orders, deliveries, and inventory.
  • Assist in organizing office events and activities.
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and other essential tasks to reduce stress on the office team.

Requirements

  • Sharp and professional presentation with strong communication skills.
  • Quick learner who takes initiative without being asked.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment is a plus.
