About the position

The Office Coordinator at Mont Surfaces is responsible for managing various administrative and operational tasks within the office and warehouse environment. This role involves overseeing staff, maintaining records, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient operations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with the ability to multitask and interact positively with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process online check deposits and approve bills.
  • Manage office and warehouse supplies.
  • Hire, train, and manage office and warehouse staff; approve payroll.
  • Organize work shifts and events.
  • Maintain attendance and safety records.
  • Manage product inventory and conduct checks.
  • Create sales orders and manage packing lists.
  • Plan truck routes and sample deliveries.
  • Ensure facility inspections and cleanliness.
  • Improve reporting and productivity.
  • Assist and inform customers with inquiries.
  • Handle emails and update databases.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Management experience
  • Background in administrative tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills
