IDR is seeking an Office File Clerk to join a healthcare organization in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing electronic and physical documents, ensuring proper organization and storage of files, and supporting the administrative functions of the office. Responsibilities

  • Create electronic folders for document organization.
  • Save documents according to designated sections such as New Hire Documents, Licenses & Certs, Orientation, and Performance Management.
  • Box up former employee files and log them on a spreadsheet for transport to off-site cold storage.
  • Perform data entry and manage heavy Excel tasks.
  • Utilize office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative or clerical role experience, particularly with a focus on document management or data entry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
