You will be responsible for setting up escrow accounts, maintaining company payroll, overseeing multiple bank accounts, managing utility accounts, and performing bookkeeping duties. Your contributions will directly support our mission to inspire and support our clients and associates in reaching their full potential. In this role, you will manage escrow accounts for various transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and disbursements. You will also process payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees, maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with state and federal tax regulations. Additionally, you will maintain accurate financial records using accounting software, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports for management review. Your oversight of multiple bank accounts will involve managing transactions, monitoring account balances, and resolving discrepancies. Furthermore, you will set up and maintain utility accounts, monitor usage and expenses, and coordinate with utility providers to resolve billing issues. Your office management skills will ensure the smooth running of all office functions, including managing office supplies and coordinating procedures.
