About the position

Fred Fincher Motors is seeking a full-time office person to assist with various office tasks at their used car lot. The role is essential for ensuring smooth operations, particularly in customer service and payment processing.

Responsibilities

  • Process credit card and cash payments from customers.
  • Assist with title work and documentation as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the dealership.
  • Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Ability to work every other Saturday.

Nice-to-haves
