About the position

Dettlaff & Company, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and provide exceptional client services within our Brookfield, WI office. This role involves working closely with the owner to manage administrative functions and maintain client contact. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn specific Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and financial software. A strong background in sales and customer relationship management is highly desirable, as is experience in the financial services sector. However, a willingness to learn and adapt is equally important for success in this position. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in daily office activities, utilizing various programs to track sales, customer interactions, and account management. You will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, assist in preparing client presentations, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Additionally, you will analyze data to improve processes and make informed decisions, while overseeing some financial services-related tasks within the office. This position offers the opportunity for bonuses and commissions on sales within the office, contingent upon specific activities or licensing that the company will cover above the base pay.

Requirements

  • Ability to work on (learn) various computer platforms in creating reports, servicing clients
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, office administration is a plus
