The Office Manager for an Accounting Firm in Monroe, LA is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a small team, and ensuring efficient office functionality. The Office Manager will handle various administrative tasks, including payroll processing, vendor payments, and maintaining office supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 3-4 individuals and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Answer phones and review emails, scheduling and communicating calendar meetings for the team.
  • Audit reports and ensure all grammatical errors are corrected.
  • Order and stock all office supplies as needed.
  • Oversee maintenance requests, bank deposits, and bill payments.
  • Process payroll and pay vendors while upholding confidentiality.
  • Communicate with bankers and lawyers as necessary.
  • Complete any other assignments and tasks as given.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and great time management are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism are required.
