About the position

The Office Manager/Accounting Manager at Biz Technology Solutions, LLC is responsible for overseeing daily billing, office administration, and some HR activities. This role involves working closely with the corporate accounting team to manage customer invoicing, payroll processing, and employee onboarding, while also ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency within the office.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Microsoft Business Central Accounting and ConnectWise PSA software.
  • Manage customer invoicing and maintain customer contact and financial information.
  • Setup sales orders, projects, and agreements in ConnectWise.
  • Process payroll through UKG on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Process employee time and expense reports.
  • Manage collection and allocation of payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and monitor account details for irregularities.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to billing and invoicing.
  • Assist with HR activities, including employee benefit programs and onboarding.
  • Establish and provide training on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in improving operational processes and work closely with the Finance team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of office administration and management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent preferred.
  • Good understanding of accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 apps, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
