About the position

The Office Manager/Accounts Receivable position at The Clubs of Kingwood involves overseeing daily operational functions at the Club, with a focus on financial management and support for senior staff. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations through effective handling of accounts receivables, payables, and HR clerical duties, contributing to the overall success of the hospitality and service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily revenue reconciliation and cash deposit activities, including reconciling POS systems to Oracle.
  • Post payments, cash receipts, and credit card charges and payments.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll from entry to closing.
  • Maintain and monitor system access.
  • Print and distribute weekly/periodic financial packets and/or Club reports to the General Manager and Department Heads.
  • Review membership applications for completeness and compliance with program/legal requirements.
  • Assist Department Heads with payroll and benefit processing and inquiries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years previous accounting experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous Club/Hospitality experience preferred.
