Responsibilities

  • Own the daily office operations including scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing.
  • Manage work orders, customer information, and operational reporting using ServiceTitan.
  • Coordinate efficient schedules for technicians and ensure timely dispatches.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues and inquiries.
  • Analyze ServiceTitan reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Streamline workflows and enhance business processes.
  • Facilitate communication between the office, technicians, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Office Manager, preferably in the garage door or home services industry.
  • Proficiency in ServiceTitan software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other tech tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
