About the position

The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations at Capital Construction's NH office, ensuring smooth functioning across various administrative and operational tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong focus on customer service and financial management within the construction and remodeling industry.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and processing customer contracts to support field operations
  • Data entry, maintenance, and reporting
  • Customer Financing and Accounts Receivable - billing, collections and posting of receivables
  • Coordinate and administer employee interface with HR department
  • Process payroll in coordination with finance
  • Provide general office and sales administration support, as well as any other task, as needed
  • Work closely with Senior Management, Sales Management and Production Management to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

  • 5 years of office management experience
  • General accounting knowledge including job costing, A/P, A/R, and cash management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, QuickBooks, and Salesforce CRM platform
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail accuracy
  • Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Above average phone and written customer service communication skills
  • Flexibility to pivot priorities within the role
