About the position

The Office Manager at CentiMark Corporation is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, providing essential support to management, and ensuring efficient communication and organization within the team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting sales representatives, and maintaining reports, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Sales Representatives with proposals, memos, and setting up conference calls.
  • Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel and Word.
  • Managing a multi-line telephone system.
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ordering supplies for the office.
  • Supporting Management with day-to-day business needs.
  • Tracking sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Researching market segments and other daily sales support activities.

Requirements

  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with SAP and construction preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational/time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Accounting experience.
