About the position

The Office Manager at Puttshack is responsible for overseeing administrative functions and supporting the venue management team. This role involves building strong teams through effective hiring and engagement, managing office operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Office Manager serves as a communication link between the venue and the Puttshack Home Office, contributing to a fun and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with guests to ensure they receive the best possible experience.
  • Manage office supply purchasing and budget.
  • Maintain Associate Personnel files in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support payroll tasks such as verification of hours, clock in/clock out resolution, and tip reconciliation.
  • Manage cash and safe counts, daily business reconciliations, and change orders.
  • Assist in new hire onboarding, orientation, and paperwork including benefits and I-9 verifications.
  • Provide backup documentation and reconciliation for credit card disputes.
  • Manage office equipment and leases.
  • Process invoices and other business documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager/Admin role.
  • 2+ years of restaurant, food & beverage, or entertainment venue management experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in Payroll or HR-related functions.
  • P&L experience in a restaurant, food & beverage, or entertainment venue.
  • Ability to manage a diverse work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
