OnTrack Realty LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager/Administrator to support our thriving independent real estate brokerage in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This full-time position is designed for an individual who can take initiative and solve problems independently while providing essential administrative support to our real estate agents. The role is remote, allowing for flexibility in hours, but candidates should expect to work between 30 to 45 hours per week, with the possibility of choosing their own hours from Monday to Friday, and weekends as needed. The Office Manager/Administrator will be responsible for managing communication with clients, ensuring that no inquiries are overlooked, and that agents respond promptly to client requests. This includes answering incoming calls, redirecting leads to schedule meetings via Calendly, and maintaining action plans for past clients and inactive leads to foster new transactions. The successful candidate will also monitor the agents' calendars and communications, ensuring quality control and organization within the Follow Up Boss CRM system. In addition to these responsibilities, the Office Manager/Administrator will train new agents on the use of Follow Up Boss, conduct research on new construction developments, and manage the OnTrack Realty Facebook group. This role requires a self-starter who can evaluate and improve processes without direct supervision, adapt to changing circumstances, and work well under pressure.
