The Office Manager at Hughes Law Group is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the law firm. The Office Manager will support both legal and administrative teams, manage office operations, and enhance overall productivity through effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office activities, including managing office supplies and coordinating office space.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal staff and clients, providing proactive assistance.
  • Support billing, accounting, and human resources functions.
  • Identify inefficiencies and devise creative solutions to resolve challenges.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and manage contracts for services.
  • Continuously seek ways to streamline operations and improve office workflows.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives such as obtaining reviews, referrals, and newsletters.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
