About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient office processes. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and clerical duties.
  • Supervise front desk activities, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate payroll processes to ensure timely payments to staff members.
  • Provide support in team management by fostering a collaborative work environment and addressing any personnel issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and record maintenance.
  • Experience in training development is a plus, showcasing the ability to enhance team performance.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices is beneficial, particularly in onboarding and payroll processes.
  • Strong clerical skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • QuickBooks experience is required.
