About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our housing complex. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in supporting our team and enhancing productivity through effective administrative practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including administrative tasks and front desk duties.
  • Supervise staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Oversee schedule management to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Coordinate human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in rental housing and Section & HUD Programs.
  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Strong skills in human resources management, event planning, and team management.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in schedule management and supervising staff effectively.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and office software applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
