The Office Manager position at Harmony Tree Care involves supporting a small management team in running a local green industry service provider. Responsibilities

  • Help to run the business by scheduling and tracking work, sending invoices, and collecting and tracking payments.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and web-based portal.
  • Capture key client information, communicate information on services, and schedule service or estimate appointments.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including phone calls, social media, email marketing, and website changes.
  • File and organize office documents.
  • Track other aspects of the business and projects as needed.
  • Answer client calls and emails, schedule appointments, and confirm receipt and follow-up on proposals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including web applications, email, social media, Excel, and Word.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish language skills would be a plus.
