  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are readily available for clients.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritizing customer needs.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively.
  • Familiarity with office management practices, including file organization and administrative duties.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
