Responsibilities

  • Oversee all office operations, including daily workflows, staff coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruption.
  • Handle RFP setup and pricing by coordinating proposal requests from initial setup through final pricing.
  • Provide client support by responding to inquiries and managing client requests professionally.
  • Offer sales support by assisting the sales team with project coordination and tracking project milestones.
  • Manage administrative tasks by handling all general office communications, including email and phone correspondence.
  • Oversee documentation management, organizing all incoming and outgoing documents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or as an executive assistant.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Financial savvy with a good grasp of numbers and basic budgeting principles.
