About the position

The Office Manager & Executive Assistant at Homeward will play a crucial role in creating a dynamic and efficient office environment while providing executive support to enhance productivity. This full-time, in-office position requires a proactive individual who can manage daily operations, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure that the office reflects the company's values and mission.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain a meticulously organized, functional, and productive workspace.
  • Lead the ongoing design and enhancement of the office environment, ensuring every detail creates an inviting atmosphere.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, shaping the energy and personality of the office.
  • Plan and execute corporate and office events, ensuring professional and engaging experiences.
  • Support employee onboarding and integrate new hires into the office culture.
  • Manage office policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and IT to enhance office functionality.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence for executives.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate executive meetings and special events, including agenda creation and follow-up on action items.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or a similar dual role.
  • Demonstrated leadership in shaping office culture and creating an inspiring workplace.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage budgets.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in design, interior design, and/or space planning.
  • Experience in event management with attention to detail.
  • Paralegal experience supporting document management and legal compliance.
