We are currently seeking an Office Manager and Executive Assistant for the CEO, based out of our corporate office in Schaumburg, Illinois. This full-time position requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual who can provide comprehensive support to the CEO in both personal and professional capacities. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively coordinating a complex and ever-changing calendar of meetings, travel, and events, ensuring that all logistics are handled with precision and professionalism. In this dynamic role, the Office Manager and Executive Assistant will manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including meeting logistics and travel arrangements, both commercial and private. The individual will also be tasked with opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence, handling highly confidential and non-routine information with discretion. Additionally, the role involves arranging details for conferences and speaking engagements, overseeing shipping and delivery of items, and providing general office support such as printing documents, drafting correspondence, and conducting research. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and exceptional time management capabilities. They will be proactive in their work ethic, understanding when to seek guidance and when to complete tasks independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the individual will be expected to represent the executive professionally. A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance are also required for this position.
