About the position

A successful educational arts institution is seeking an OFFICE MANAGER for our Miami or Doral locations. Our company currently has two locations (Miami and Doral) and is planning to open a third location in Coral Gables by December 2024. We are looking for an ambitious, creative, hard-working, and friendly person who wants to join a diverse, structured, positive, and goal-oriented team. This position is NOT a good fit for a college student, as responsibilities are significant, and this is a leadership position for those who are seeking career advancement. This is also a salaried position, working mostly 40 hours per week, and sometimes up to 60 hours per week as per your team's needs. The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off. The working hours are as follows: Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Monday to Thursday from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The company offers schedule flexibility to all team members, with occasional rotation between shifts and an on-call schedule as necessary. We value critical competencies such as efficiency, honesty/integrity, organization and planning, following through on commitments, intelligence, attention to detail, persistence, proactivity, calm under pressure, work ethic, openness to constructive feedback and ideas, communication, teamwork, persuasion, high standards, and enthusiasm. Qualified candidates will go through a multiple-stage interview process. If you love working in a busy, successful, and dynamic environment, this is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for YOU! We are looking for friendly and growth-minded individuals who seek a career, not just a job!
