Responsibilities

• Work with Lowe Firms to obtain potential clients
• Review and underwrite loans for clients with strong legal cases
• Engage in business development activities
• Provide customer service to clients
• Understand and comply with state laws and regulations on legal loans
• Calculate interest and wire funds to clients as loans are approved
• Monitor case progress closely with adjusters and law firms
• Collaborate with adjusters to lien case settlement funds

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience in office/legal/loan financing or willingness to learn

Nice-to-haves

• Valid Certified Notary Public license
• Typing skills
