About the position

The Orthodontic Office Manager at Nova Orthodontics is responsible for leading and managing the office team, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, and overseeing daily operations within the practice. Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere by motivating and mentoring staff.
• Ensure every patient has a positive and seamless experience from the moment they enter the office until their treatment is complete.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, billing, inventory management, and compliance with health regulations.
• Identify opportunities for staff development, provide ongoing training, and encourage professional growth.
• Support the team with overflow tasks to ensure a smooth day.
• Address challenges with a solution-focused mindset, maintaining a calm and organized office environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the clinical team and administrative staff, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in office administration in a dental or orthodontic setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on communication, teamwork, and employee development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in dental practice management software, Excel, and other Microsoft programs.
• Ability to collect, evaluate, and present data to offer suggestions for improvement.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
