The Office Manager, Payroll Clerk, and Sales Support role at Nicros, Inc. involves a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for the smooth operation of the business office. The candidate will be responsible for opening the business office, greeting customers, assisting vendors and freight drivers, and ensuring that the office runs efficiently. The role includes processing payrolls with our payroll partner, which involves setting up new hire benefits and ensuring that all payroll-related tasks are completed accurately and on time. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for ordering rock climbing equipment and conducting monthly inventory reconciliation to maintain stock levels. The position also requires entering and tracking product and service orders, taking responsibility for the accuracy, processing, and delivery of these orders. Providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of this role, which includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing web inquiries. The candidate will assist customers in resolving any product and service ordering questions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary determined by the level of experience and employee qualifications, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm in the office.
