About the position

MNA GR is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the successful operation of the firm and its government relations clients in Nashville, TN. This full-time role involves managing office supplies, client contracts, and compliance, while also providing administrative support to partners and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage office supplies
  • Monitor accounts receivable
  • Develop and manage templates for contracts, proposals, and firm communications
  • Manage lobbyist/employer of a lobbyist registration compliance
  • Manage client contracts
  • Manage MNA filing system
  • Management of firm calendar
  • Make legislative appointments
  • Send firm communications
  • Send Tennessee legislative service reports
  • Monitor and take notes for various state departments/agencies and legislative committees, fiscal review/rule review, licensing boards, and TACIR
  • Perform all other duties appropriate to the position

Requirements

  • Associate's degree; college degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Customer service skills and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills within a team setting
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality with client and firm information
  • Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles
