Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining common areas, managing supplies, and ensuring the office is clean and well-kept.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for C-Suite Executives.
  • Expense report entry and management for C-Suite Executives.
  • Assistance with travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Oversee visitors to the office and ensure a friendly, personal experience.
  • Organize and order on-site catering.
  • Liaise with facility management to maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Acting on-site safety coordinator.
  • Assist with special projects and party planning.
  • Assist Executive Team with occasional out-of-office errands.
  • Assist Executive Team with other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong familiarity with key productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite)
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with different departments.
