The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support and managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors at the front desk. Manage the office schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office, including ordering supplies, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Plan and coordinate events, such as conferences, seminars, and company picnics. Manage the office budget and track expenses to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively. Coordinate with the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including personnel records, financial records, and company documents. Utilize office management software to track and manage office activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Skills Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with office management software, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting tools. Proficiency with phone systems and front desk operations. Experience with human resources, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Strong training and development skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective training programs. Experience with event planning and management. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of employees. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Experience with office management, including supply ordering, maintenance, and upkeep. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
