About the position

The Office Manager/Title Clerk position is a full-time role focused on managing title documentation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy, playing a crucial role in facilitating the smooth processing of title transactions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process title documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all title-related paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding title inquiries and issues.
  • Manage schedules for title processing and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Assist in training development for new staff on title management procedures.
  • Oversee vendor management to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support medical office management as needed by coordinating title-related documentation for medical equipment or vehicles.
  • Plan events related to title processing or training sessions as required.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the operations team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as a clerk or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in schedule management and calendar coordination.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with event planning processes is a plus.
  • Experience in vendor management is preferred but not required.
