The Office Manager Administrative Assistant will perform clerical and administrative functions to support the company's operations and drive success. This role involves managing office tasks, coordinating HR functions, and ensuring efficient office organization.

Responsibilities

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Enter work orders for manufacturing
  • Invoice outbound loads
  • Enter vendor invoices
  • Onboard new employees
  • Manage timekeeping and basic payroll functions
  • Coordinate HR functions with corporate office
  • Order office and shop supplies
  • Perform various other office duties

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to carry out tasks without supervision
