About the position

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office at Pinnacle Mobile Tax Solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office, manage administrative tasks, and support upper management in their activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
