About the position

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, project administration, and facilities coordination in Saco, Maine. This role is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks and ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Oversee project administration, including scheduling, expense reporting, and invoicing
  • Handle purchasing, materials, supply chain, and shipping receiving tasks
  • Utilize office software for various tasks and projects
  • Maintain independence in task execution and decision-making
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team and with external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with a strong focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience as a Facilities Coordinator, with the ability to oversee office operations and procedures
  • Solid experience in Project Coordination, ensuring efficient execution and follow-through on a variety of projects
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
