The Office Manager at Mr. Handyman is responsible for overseeing the office operations, managing customer communications, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a friendly and outgoing business professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service and managing a team of service professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer communications and organize work schedules for Service Professionals.
  • Communicate with customers and team members to manage expectations regarding the scope of work and costs.
  • Supervise office personnel and oversee overall office operations.
  • Deliver a great customer experience and promote the Mr. Handyman Way and code of values.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an office setting.
  • 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • 4 years of college education is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills.
