Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, calendar management, and phone etiquette.
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings for team members, optimizing their time effectively.
  • Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
  • Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for all employees.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
  • Support office management tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role or support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Experience in team management, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and vendor management practices is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Office 365, Teams, Excel (Pivot Tables), Reports, are a must.
