Responsibilities

  • Ensure a productive and organized work environment by managing the daily operations of the office.
  • Provide comprehensive support to office staff, including managing supplies, scheduling, and general maintenance.
  • Partner with HR on essential tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate personnel records.
  • Oversee office budgets, track expenses, and maintain relationships with vendors to optimize resources.
  • Leverage tools like BambooHR, Smartsheet, and Sage 300 to streamline office operations and enhance departmental support.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and other office activities to foster team collaboration and engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with BambooHR, Smartsheet, and Sage 300 is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple priorities.
