About the position

The Office Manager at LGI Homes will serve as the first point of contact at the Information Center, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with client relations. This role involves executing marketing initiatives, managing documentation during the home closing process, and assisting with construction permitting tasks. The Office Manager will also become proficient in the LGI Performance Tracking System, conduct daily data entry and reporting, and prepare weekly reports for management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the LGI Homes Information Center.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with client relations.
  • Execute key marketing initiatives.
  • Manage critical documentation through the home closing process.
  • Assist with construction permitting tasks.
  • Become an expert user of the LGI Performance Tracking System.
  • Conduct daily data entry and reporting.
  • Prepare weekly reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience is highly preferred.
  • Positive attitude and exceptional communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments.
