We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have experience in managing office functions, including payroll, team management, and front desk operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively supervise staff, coordinate events, and maintain efficient office systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payments
  • Supervise front desk staff and provide support as needed
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents
  • Coordinate event planning for company meetings and activities
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity

Requirements
