Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day functions of the dental office.

  • Maintain adequate staffing levels by interviewing and selecting applicants.
  • Promote team member satisfaction and retention through effective communication and recognition practices.
  • Identify training needs and establish initiatives for staff development.
  • Achieve office performance targets such as patient forecasts and satisfaction results.
  • Oversee the operational readiness and presentation of the office.
  • Drive local marketing efforts by participating in community events and school screenings.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years management experience of 15 or more employees, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Management experience in healthcare, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
  • Experience with Commercial Insurance or Medicaid billing.
  • Experience training staff.
  • Experience with employee relations and performance management practices.
