About the position

The Office Manager at Engage Support Services will oversee daily office operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations while maintaining high documentation standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance of all employees with company policies, procedures, and DBHDID regulations at all times.
  • Verify and maintain compliance of all participant documentation, ensuring that all necessary forms and records are complete and accurate.
  • Upload and manage participant documentation in the Oasis documentation system, ensuring all records are organized and easily retrievable.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff to ensure understanding of compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management as required.
  • Maintain a positive office environment by fostering open communication and teamwork among staff.
  • Address any compliance-related issues and work with management to resolve them promptly.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and documentation practices.
  • Proficiency in using office software and documentation systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and employee management are a plus.
