About the position

We are looking for our next Office Manager who enjoys providing a high level of confidential administrative and personal support to the management team and to our partners! You are willing to assist the Leadership Team by spearheading direction in all aspects of payroll and administrative duties. If you lead with integrity, love being organized, and enjoy working as part of an exciting and evolving team, we want to hear from you! As an Office Manager, you will showcase your accounting, payroll, and administrative chops. You will own the administration of cash payouts, purchasing of products and services, tracking and paying all weekly invoices using tracking systems to ensure the accuracy of profitability reports. You will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and run a smooth operation by using your impressive communication skills with all team members. You will be a problem solver and a supportive team player, tackling problems and being a self-starter in order to make decisions that benefit your team. Additionally, you will create a safe working environment for all team members and maintain a clean and organized office, up-to-date compliance and partner notification boards, as well as accurate files and paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level confidential administrative and personal support to the management team and partners.
  • Assist the Leadership Team with payroll and administrative duties.
  • Administer cash payouts and purchase products and services.
  • Track and pay all weekly invoices using tracking systems to ensure accuracy of profitability reports.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and run smooth operations through effective communication with team members.
  • Solve problems and support team members as a self-starter.
  • Create a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office, including compliance and partner notification boards.

Requirements

  • 1-year experience in Payroll, Accounting, or Admin work.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to delegate efficiently and communicate excellently.
  • Ability to handle situations that require maintaining composure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Generosity in sharing skills and knowledge with the team.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the US.
  • Availability to work mornings, beginning at 8 am.
