About the position

Lindco, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Book Keeper to oversee the daily operations of the office. This role is crucial for maintaining an efficient work environment and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and QuickBooks, as well as excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Order Entry, Invoicing, A/P organizing, A/R retrieval, and purchase order filing.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and budgeting.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement organizational systems to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with sales and shipping/receiving to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Provide support for special projects and events as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in an office management role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in an office setting with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
