About the position

Keller North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the Hanover, MD office. This role involves managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, and will work in a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with overseeing clerical tasks such as work processing, scheduling, report preparation, and other services.
  • Supervises and monitors the performance of one direct report.
  • Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment.
  • Develops processes and procedures that ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of the office.
  • Plans and coordinates office meetings and events, including meeting rooms or facilities, meals, and any other reservations as required.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Skilled in time management with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
