About the position

The Office Manager at G Financial Group is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, recruiting top talent, and supporting the execution of the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve daily operations of the office.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent for the organization.
  • Lead and motivate the team to foster a positive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Identify issues and develop effective solutions to problems.
  • Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
  • Utilize industry-specific tools and software for operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or GED and at least six years of office or related experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office for at least 3 years is preferred.
  • Administrative experience for at least 3 years is preferred.
